Yes. At some point in the next year we should emerge from the economic
ditch we're in -- and most of your potential competitors probably didn't
survive. At the same time, spending will increase as customers invest,
replenish and restock all the products and services they scrimped on for
the last several years. Now is the time!

You should change your title to "Hi! I’m Adil. I screw people."

You're an asshole, you hired like 100 Indians and screwed lots of them, and not even you, your fucking assistant did because you're a pussy.

I would be ashamed if I were you, but thankfully I'm not, I hope one day karma gets you.

Not a bad equation, however this is a sliding scale. The scale will slide up and down around the H coefficient by adding an additional variable (M Morale). Hunger can be directly affected by the moral of the person, the moral can affect the ego of a person exponentially.

H(M%) , E^M%

This demonstrates the level of hunger and ego can be directly affected if unforeseen pitfalls, or successes occur. The level of hunger and ego can be a freeze-frame of actual events, rather than an accurate recording of possible outcomes.

This made me think, I am not sure about the math but now if some one asked me whats the opposite word of collaboration i would say ego. Will try to be more hungry and humble.

Max: Great point there. I couldn't agree more -- diversity creates a clash of perspectives that creates new and better solutions. The challenge, however, is that it takes a little while for teams with different backgrounds to gel. As such, I think I lot of potentially diverse teams don't make it 'over the hump' of norming. It's too bad, really.

One of the cool things about Kemists is that the 'first idea' doesn't have to work. That gives a team more time and potential to gel (I hope!)

"In some ways, this is what the Kemists is going to be about: putting talented people into different situations to find something that really works."

I might add that the more diverse the team's background is, the more radical the solution will be!
